Months behind? Your books brought current and ready for taxes, a loan, or peace of mind.
Accounts payable & receivable
Bills tracked and paid on time from your own accounts, and invoices sent and followed up. Included in our Growth plan.
Rates are based on your business's size and complexity. Your final monthly rate and initial onboarding fee are quoted after we review your books and bank statements.
Getting started takes about a week.

A phone call about your business and where your books stand. Take as long as you need, up to 90 minutes. No jargon, no pressure.
We meet in person
We meet at a location of your choice, ideally at your business. We talk through your business and the current state of your books, and decide together if we're the right fit. Once you choose to move forward, we review your books and bank statements and send your quote for the monthly rate and initial onboarding fee.
Books closed, report delivered
Your books are reconciled and your report arrives by the 15th of each month. We're a call or text away whenever you need us.

Prices shown are monthly fees. Your final fee depends on your business's size and complexity, and is quoted once we review your existing books and bank statements and confirm how many transactions and accounts you have. Your initial onboarding fee is quoted at the same time, based on what your business needs, such as catch-up or cleanup work.

I founded Milan Small Business Bookkeeping to give local owners what they rarely get: books they can trust, and someone who explains them in plain language.

Common questions.
What do I need to get started?
Access to your bank and credit card statements, and your QuickBooks Online account if you have one. If you don't, we'll set it up for you.
What software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you already use it, we work right in your existing file. If not, we set it up for you, in your name, so your books always belong to you.
Do you prepare taxes?
Not yet. I keep your books ready for tax season and work alongside your tax preparer or CPA. Tax preparation is coming soon.
Are you a CPA?
No. Milan Small Business Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping and back-office services. For audits, tax planning or legal questions, I'll coordinate with your CPA or attorney.
How is my information protected?
Your books stay in your own QuickBooks Online account, protected by Intuit's security. You invite us in as your accountant user, so we never need your passwords, and we never ask for bank passwords by email or text.
What areas do you serve?
We work with businesses throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties. Day-to-day bookkeeping is done remotely, and we meet with you in person periodically, as needed.
